        For Micro: – INR 1 Crore,
        For Small: – INR 10 Crores,
        For Medium: – INR 50 Crores.
      - And Annual turnover is less than: –
        For Micro: – INR 5 Crore,
        For Small: – INR 50 Crore,
        For Medium: – INR 250 Crore.
- Who should and how to apply for MSME/ Udyog Aadhar?
- - - Any person who is conducting business and fulfilling the above conditions should apply for MSME/Udyog Aadhar certificate as it has many benefits which will be given below.
    - Process
      - Filling up of Application Form,
      - Personal details to be submitted,
      - Processing of application by Authorities,
      - Certificate is mailed to the applier after the process is completed.
- Documents Required for MSME registration: –
- - - Aadhar Card,
    - Personal PAN card,
    - Company PAN card (not required in case of proprietorship firm).
- Benefits of MSME/Udyog Aadhar Certificate: –
- - MSMEs can avail of lower interest rate loans from banks under the MSME scheme,
  - Collateral-free loans can be availed by MSMEs under credit guarantee fund scheme (CGS) for micro and small enterprises,

    - NSIC performance and credit ratings,

    - ISO certification,
    - Electricity bills,
  - For Government tenders, the following benefits are given to MSMEs,
    - Tender sets can be issued free of cost,
    - Exemption from paying earnest money,
    - Security deposit is waived up to a certain limit.
