After entering the details in Steps 1 and 2, you can update the mobile number where the OTP will be sent. Enter the correct OTP in Step 4 to reset your password. You will also receive a confirmation email on your registered email ID once the password is changed.

If you’ve forgotten your User ID, follow these steps:
Step 1: Visit the TRACES homepage and click Continue on the pop-up.
On the left-hand panel under Login, click Forgot User ID and select Deductor.

Step 2: A new screen will open. Enter the required details as shown in Steps 1 and 2 to proceed.

Step 3: On the next screen, your registered mobile number will be displayed. You can edit it if needed. An OTP will be sent to this number.
After entering the OTP, your existing User ID and registered email ID will appear. You can update these details or set a new password to continue.
Once submitted successfully, an activation link and codes will be sent to your registered email and mobile number.
After activation, you can log in to your TRACES account.
